Fiufiu Pizza is the personal project of Łukasz Glasser – well-known DJ and master of Neapolitan dough, who perfected his craft over years of working in some of Warsaw’s top pizzerias. It’s the result of passion, experience, and the desire to create a signature style – a pizza as light as the Neapolitan, yet with the crispness and structure of the Roman kind. Each pie is a product of precision and balance: lower baking temperatures, longer time in the oven, and a perfect harmony between delicacy and character.

Fiufiu is all about simplicity and top-quality ingredients – ripe tomatoes, cheeses, and cold cuts sliced fresh to order. No excess, no shortcuts – just honest dough and flavors that shine on their own. The menu also features seasonal specials that bring a touch of creativity and playfulness, always rooted in Italian tradition and served with a modern urban twist.
